Alone in the dark old game Pc download

On the box cover it says "a virtual adventure game inspired by the work of H.P. Lovecraft". Fair warning. Not many games tried to be scary in the early nineties, and Alone managed to.

Well, it's all about the atmosphere. A wrong turn, one reckless step, and you're dead. The monstrosities that haunt Derceto are generally quite slow, so most of times they don't pose real threat. But you're the only living being in a house filled with undeath, and sometimes you're heavily outnumbered, sometimes you have no way out, sometimes bullets don't work...

1) Download and install DOSBox
2) Download the file alointhedark.exe that you find here
3) Launch aloneinthedark.exe and install files in
    C:/aloneinthedark
4) Launch DOSBox
5) Type on DOSBox mount c c:\aloneinthedark
6) type c:
7) type alone and play
